Ingredients:
4 zucchinis, spiralized using a slicer
1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
4 mozzarella balls, quartered
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
1- Add zucchini noodles in a bowl and season with pepper and salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2- Add mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil and toss well.
3- Drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar.
4- Serve and enjoy.
