Ingredients:
1 cup broccoli, process into rice
3 cups cauliflower rice
1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1- In a heat-safe bowl, mix together cauliflower, nutmeg, garlic powder, onion powder, butter, broccoli, pepper, and salt and microwave for 4 minutes.
2- Stir well and microwave for 2 minutes more.
3- Add cheese and microwave for 2 minutes.
4- Add mascarpone cheese and stir until it looks creamy.
5- Serve and enjoy.
