Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
¼ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 cup salsa
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
1- Add all ingredients into the instant pot and stir well.
2- Seal pot with lid and cook on poultry mode for 15 minutes.
3- Release pressure using quick release method than open the lid.
4- Remove chicken from pot and shred using a fork.
5- Return shredded chicken to the pot and stir well.
6- Serve and enjoy.
