Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp
3 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 avocados, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Directions:
1- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2- Add garlic and sauté for minute.
3- Add shrimp, pepper, and salt and cook for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. 4- Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients to the large mixing bowl.
5- Add shrimp and toss well.
6- Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour.
7- Serve and enjoy.
