Salmon Patties

Cooking Time: 10 minutes 
Serve: 3 

Ingredients: 
14.5 oz can salmon  
4 tbsp butter  
1 avocado, diced  
2 eggs, lightly beaten  
1/2 cup almond flour  
1/2 onion, minced
Pepper  
Salt  

Directions: 
1- Add all ingredients except butter in a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.  
2- Make six patties from mixture. Set aside.  
3- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.  
4- Place patties on pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.  
5- Serve and enjoy.
