Ingredients: 
½ lb ground turkey  
1/2 tsp cumin  
1 tsp paprika  
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped  
1 tbsp lime juice  
1/2 shallot, peeled and minced
1/2 jalapeno pepper  
2 tbsp olive oil  
1/2 tsp pepper  
1/2 tsp sea salt  

Directions: 
1- Add ground turkey, spices, herbs and lime juice in mixing bowl, mix well until combined.  2- Make two patties from the mixture.  
3- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.  
4- Place patties and cook for about 5 minutes each side.  
5- Serve and enjoy.
